- THEY Watch
THEY Watch

In brightest day, in blackest night,
No evil shall escape my sight
THEY can not hide in dead of natch,
Beware the steady gaze of THEY WATCH!
I: We briefly interrupt your previously scheduled humor programming to bring you this angry rant: What the hell happened? I have tens of thousands of dollars of student debt. I have no future job prospects to pay said debt because it turns out that in an economy this bad just having a Columbia degree with no useful skills isn't enough. The government just took out a loan for more money than I can possibly comprehend, which may or may not avert total economic disaster. That's it. No punchline, except to say we are all screwed. Our future prospects = THEY!
II: "Senator Obama, Columbia University, your Alma Mater, invited Ahmadinejad to speak, but doesn't allow ROTC on campus. What are your thoughts on this?" People of good faith can disagree about whether ROTC should be allowed on campus, but this argument is complete nonsense. As far as I know Ahmadinejad isn't allowed to recruit on campus. By that same token if some Columbia group wanted to bring a representative from ROTC to speak on campus they could. Not sure they'd get a Jumbotron, though. Those who make specious arguments about ROTC = THEY!
